LOS ANGELES — RCR Wireless News sat down with Lucy Hood this afternoon at the LA Broadband Summit. Hood leads the Institute for Communication Technology Management at the University of Southern California.

We asked her to summarize the discussions taking place on the campus of USC currently and to lay out some of the biggest issues facing society and enterprise as it relates to mobile broadband.
