DiGi To Continue To Grow In East Coast

KUALA TERENGGANU, Dec 28 (Bernama) — DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (DiGi) says it will continue to build its presence in the east coast as the region had much potential to be explored.
DiGi’s Head of Eastern Region, Jennifer Neal said the east coast states of Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang were important markets and the pace of their business growth had been very encouraging.
“The most sellable packages currently being offered are DG Smart Plan, broadband packages and ‘happy’ phone bundles,” she told Bernama here.
Jennifer said people in the states were now more familiar with the company’s additional services and connectivity.
She said Malaysian consumers in general were now also becoming more familiar with mobile internet with the presence of more affordable smartphones and data plan choices for to choose from.
“For us in DiGi, we believe in delivering “Internet Done Right”, which combines stable, consistent and reliable connectivity at reasonable prices and good customer experience.
“These factors are important in driving mobile internet adoption as customers today demand better internet speed for less,” she said.
