Funtalk China Holdings Ltd., which sells and distributes wireless communication devices, said Friday that a group of investors, which includes some of its executives, want to take it private in a deal worth about $98 million.
The investor group offered $7.10 per share for the 13.8 million outstanding shares in the company that the group does not already own.
The investor group includes Huge Harvest Enterprises Ltd., Kingstate Group Limited, Sinowill Holding Ltd and others. Huge Harvest is owned by its CEO.
