Device review: Microsoft Surface RT

Sales of Microsoft’s Surface RT tablet have been sluggish. IDC reports that Microsoft sold just 200,000 Surface RT tablets in the first quarter, down from 900,000 in the fourth quarter of 2012. Now the software giant is giving buyers the Surface’s Type or Touch cover for free.

The Surface RT is a workhorse, albeit somewhat limited by the Windows app store. RCR Wireless reviews the Surface below.
