IWCE’s Network Infrastructure Forum is a new event co-located with International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE) that brings together the industry’s wired and wireless players to examine the communications technology infrastructure. Targeted to service providers, tower owners, public safety, government, utilities and transportation professionals, the event will take place March 22-24, 2016 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.
With more than 4.88 billion mobile users in the world, they need to be connected quickly and without downtime. The technology building blocks that make up today’s modern wireless networks are vast and as more cell sites and backhaul are required to ensure the reliability of the connections, the industry is in need of new technologies to provide adequate coverage and capacity. IWCE’s Network Infrastructure Forum will showcase the products and services vital to this communications infrastructure.
The conference program will offer sessions to understand smart cities, the opportunity of FirstNet, 21st century cell sites, front and backhaul, site acquisitions and tower value, as well as DAS and small cells for enterprises and public safety.
The program begins on Tuesday with a keynote address from Matthew Bailey, Executive Member of the Board, TechrloT entitled “Smart Cities: Where Will the Future of Wireless Infrastructure Take Us?” On Wednesday, the keynote address will presented by Allan Tantillo of T-Mobile, and on Thursday, you can attend the General Session, “Operating Parallel Networks – Managing LMR and LTE Simultaneously,” before visiting the booths in the exhibit hall.
The exhibit hall will feature exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services that are vital to infrastructure. Event sponsors include Black & Veatch, Cambium, DragonWave, BEC Technologies, Fujitsu, National Solar Technologies, Surveying & Mapping, LLC and B+T Group.
Stacey Orlick, Director of Community and Conference Content, IWCE said, “Through a mix of a conference program and an exposition with products and services vital to the communications infrastructure, we will provide our audience with the intelligence they need to get business done. We look forward to creating an outstanding program for the wireless ecosystem and infrastructure market.”
