DENVER-Brickhouse Mobile will team with Falcon Studios to develop and distribute gay adult content, the companies announced yesterday.
Falcon, which has made gay adult films for more than 30 years, will create clips from its film portfolio for wireless users; the studio’s stars will provide voice ringtones for the offering. The content is expected to be available later this summer from the companies’ Web sites as well as a new WAP site.
Brickhouse also hopes to leverage existing relationships to place the content on some carrier decks in the United States and abroad-an unlikely prospect for most U.S. operators.
The offering will likely be the first gay adult content for U.S. wireless users. Users will be required to register their information and offer credit cards for age verification.
“We know that our fans worldwide are looking for access to content featuring Falcon models,” said Todd Montgomery, chief executive officer of Falcon parent company ConWest Resources. “We selected Brickhouse Mobile because our evaluation assured us that they are the provider with the infrastructure and partnerships to give our customers what they want.”
