DOBSON ACQUIRES HORIZON’S ASSETS

DENVER-An affiliate of Dobson Communications Corp. acquired cellular assets from Horizon Cellular Telephone Co. of Hagerstown L.P. and Cumberland Cellular Partnership. Included in the acquisition are the Hagerstown, Md., metropolitan statistical area, the Cumberland, Md./W.Va. MSA and the Maryland 3 and Pennsylvania 10W rural service areas.
