NEW YORK-Millicom International Cellular S.A. launched cellular service in Estonia.
Ritabell Co. Ltd., the company that holds the cellular license, is owned 48 percent by Millicom. Ritabell began service under the Q GSM brand name in four major cities including Tallinn.
