WESTBOROUGH, Mass.-Arch Communications Group Inc. said it has expanded its agreement with 7-Eleven to sell the MobileComm Pre-Paid Paging package in stores nationwide. Arch first began selling the product in selected 7-Eleven stores this June.
The company also announced it has implemented a new quality management system called NiceUniverse 4.1, developed by Nice Systems Inc., for its national call centers.
