SEATTLE-AirTouch Cellular launched a new nationwide digital calling plan that eliminates roaming and long-distance charges throughout the United States.
The new calling plans include a $30 plan with 100 included minutes, a $50 plan with 250 included minutes and a $70 plan with 400 included minutes.
AirTouch will require customers to sign a one-year service contract and subscribe to AirTouch One-Bill Long Distance service to qualify for the plan. Voice mail with paging or voice mail with text messaging can be added at no charge, said the company.
“Customers have been telling us that some national plans are either too expensive or too confusing,” said Brian Shay, executive vice president and general manager for AirTouch’s western region. “We now offer the most affordable national calling plan that truly provides a simple, single rate coast to coast.”
