BARRIE, Ontario-Expertech Network Installation Inc. acquired the Canadian installation team of the Nortel Networks Global Customer Care Services organization.
In addition, the companies have signed a multi-year service agreement whereby Expertech will provide Nortel with comprehensive installation services across Canada.
Financial details of the deals were not released.
