SCHAUMBURG, Ill.-Mike Zafirovski, currently president and chief executive officer of GE Lighting, will join Motorola Inc. as president of its personal communications sector, replacing James Norling, who plans to retire at the end of the second quarter.
Zafirovski will oversee all of Motorola’s wireless handset businesses, including cellular phones, two-way radios, messaging and paging devices.
