STOCKHOLM, Sweden—Telia launched Finland’s first General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) service, called Telia Mobile Online. The service provides a continuous connection tot he Internet and Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) services.
Corporate customers can access the service for an e8.25 (US$7.5) entrance fee and a monthly fee of e15 (US$14) for the first 10 Megabits. Private customers pay the same entrance fee and a e5 (US$4.6) monthly fee for the first Megabyte. Additional Megabits are e2 (US$1.8).
