ATLANTA-AirGate PCS Inc. priced its public offering of 4 million shares of its common stock at $50 per share. Former stockholders of iPCS Inc., which AirGate purchased last month, are offering the shares.
AirGate also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of common stock to cover overallotments.
