SAN DIEGO—Qualcomm Inc. has named Anthony Thornley as its new president and chief operating officer and William E. Keitel as its senior vice president and chief financial officer. Thornley was the CFO, while Keitel was senior vice president and corporate controller.
The company did not disclose the reason for the new appointments.
