SAN FRANCISCO—M-Systems will display its flash disk technology at next week’s CeBIT embedded systems trade show.
The company’s flash disk products include DiskOnKey, DiskOnChip, FFD and its latest offering, Mobile DiskOnChip. Mobile DiskOnChip is a flash-based data storage product for the mobile handset market.
