IRVINE, Calif.—Wireless infrastructure services provider VelociTel Inc. announced it has acquired JM Consulting Group Inc.
“At a time when wireless carriers are starting to ramp up their network rollouts, the acquisition of JM Consulting Group provides VelociTel with additional strengths in providing seamless site development services,” explained John Powers, chief executive officer of VelociTel. “VelociTel is now better positioned to provide the type of turnkey solutions the marketplace demands.”
The companies, which both offer wireless site development services, will be merged under the VelociTel name.
