PARIS-Samsung Electronics will soon sell a high-end mobile phone with a built-in camera in Europe, according to reports.
Samsung officials in Korea couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.
The world’s No. 3 phone maker has made massive inroads in the worldwide mobile-phone market.
