SAN DIEGO, Calif.-LG Electronics has chosen Qualcomm Inc.’s MSM 6200 mobile station modem chipset and system software for its dual-mode third-generation handsets, according to a press release.
“Our partnership with LGE in driving the deployment of cdma2000 1x and 1xEV-DO has been very successful, and we are pleased that LGE has selected our devices,” said Don Schrock, president of Qualcomm CDMA Technologies.
