Triton PCS renews Convergys customer care contract

CINNCINNATI-Convergys Corp. announced the renewal of a three-year customer care contract with Triton PCS. Convergys said it will continue to supplement Triton PCS’ customer care operations in Richmond, Va., and Charleston, S.C., during peak calling periods, assisting with new account activations, change of address requests, credit checks and other customer care functions.

Convergys has provided billing services for all Triton PCS subscribers since 1998. Triton PCS serves more than 860,000 subscribers and offers its SunCom digital wireless service in 37 markets.
