ARMONK, N.Y.-IBM Corp. said it has built Wi-Fi environments for more than 600 boys and girls clubs in New York, Chicago, Oakland and other major cities, targeting more than 200, 000 children.
“The children can learn to build their own Web sites, communicate with friends and teachers, and surf the Web with safety and enjoyment,” said IBM.
