TORONTO-Williams & Moore Capital Corp., private equity investment arm for the Reliance Aerotech group of companies, will become a strategic investor in Sinclair Technologies Inc., according to a recently signed letter of intent.
“We are strongly attracted to the growth in avionics, secure public sector networks, and resurgence in capital spending in cellular networks,” explained Glynn Williams, chairman and chief executive officer of W&MCC, “Sinclair is a solid platform from which to further build an international powerhouse in these markets.”
