In the May 22 issue, RCR Wireless news incorrectly reported a filing by NextWave Wireless L.L.C. with the Securities and Exchange Commission. NextWave filed a Form 10, registering its existing shares of stock, which the company said is not the same as preparing for an initial public offering. The company plans to convert from a limited liability company to a corporation.
