AUSTIN, Texas—Fabless semiconductor company PulseWave RF Inc. said it raised $30 million in its third funding round.
Oak Investment Partners led the round, and existing investors Austin Ventures, Bay Partners and Genesis Campus also participated.
PulseWave said it plans to use the funding to commercialize its Class M Power amplifier module, which is a power-amplifier architecture for wireless base stations. Funds also will be used for expanding the company’s operations, sales and marketing and engineering teams, said PulseWave.
