Handset and infrastructure vendors - RBC Capital Markets raised its price target on Nortel Networks from $24 to $28 on optimism for operational improvements in 2007.
Other - Credit Suisse First Boston raised its 2007 estimates on Wireless Facilities after the company announced plans to divest its international operations. New EPS estimates are 16 cents rather than 12 cents.
