WASHINGTON, D.C. – Inmarsat plc recently launched its first mobile satellite handset, filling out its roster with a portable device designed to tap into its geostationary constellation of satellites. Frank August, director of business development for Inmarsat’s Americas region, provided details on the device during RCR Wireless News’ recent visit to Washington, D.C.
