CINCINNATI-ESPN announced it will use billing services from Convergys Corp. for its ESPN Mobile mobile virtual network operator offering.
“We continue to focus on serving fans and creating the best experience we can, and we want to ensure the billing process runs smoothly for fans,” said Manish Jha, senior vice president of ESPN Mobile. “Working with Convergys on these capabilities will allow us to reach that goal.”
ESPN announced its MVNO intentions in December, with plans for commercial service later this year.
