TORONTO-Nortel Networks Ltd. said it will file its unaudited financial statements for the third quarter of 2004 and the unaudited financial statements for 2004 by the end of April.
The company also indicated it had about $3.7 billion in cash at the end of last year.
“The company continues to work with its external auditors on the internal control reports required for the first time in connection with the 2004 annual reports…,” said the company.
The company has been reviewing its financial records for the past year.
