VANCOUVER, British Columbia-Canadian telecommunications provider Telus Corp. updated its 2005 guidance, noting that it expects its wireless division-Telus Mobility-to post between $2.61 billion and $2.65 billion in revenues, an increase from its previous guidance of between $2.26 billion and $2.28 billion.
The company also said it expects Telus Mobility to report between $1.1 billion and $1.14 billion in full-year earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization compared with previous guidance of between $917.5 million and $937.5 million, and to spend between $285.4 million and $326.2 million on capital expenditures next year.
Telus did not change its subscriber growth forecast, which remains at between 425,000 and 475,000 net customer additions for 2005.
