Detroit-based Lochbridge focuses on IoT solutions for the automotive, healthcare, financial services and manufacturing sectors.
DMI, a global provider of end-to-end mobility solutions, has acquired Detroit-based Lochbridge, a provider of IoT solutions to the automotive, healthcare, financial services and manufacturing sectors.
The two companies said they will help organizations across several industries to use mobility and digital solutions to better serve their end customers.
Lochbridge was a pioneer in developing and deploying connected car solutions, growing quickly within the automotive and manufacturing space. The company also has expertise in additional industries such as financial services, public sector and healthcare.
With this new acquisition, DMI said it aims to help clients expand the types of devices they rely on to engage customers, enable their employees, drive operational efficiencies and create new revenue opportunities.
