BEDMINSTER, N.J.-Verizon Wireless has partnered with Leapstone Systems to deploy high-speed data services and improve customer service response times.
The nation’s largest carrier announced that it has begun using Leapstone’s Communications Convergence Engine “contentmanager” platform, which will enhance consumers’ abilities to download data services, including Verizon’s recently released Mobile Web 2.
“Our goal is to provide the most flexible IT infrastructure to allow our business to seamlessly integrate third-party services and content while also enhancing our industry-leading customer service capabilities,” said Tom Madsen, executive director of IT at Verizon. “The flexibility of the solution will help us enhance customer growth and satisfaction on several fronts.”
