LONDON-Cerillion Technologies signed an agreement to provide Tele2 AB with a unified billing solution for its mobile and fixed operations in Latvia.
Cerillion said the platform already supports Tele2 operations in Estonia and Lithuania. The Latvian deployment will include two phases. The first is an implementation for a new fixed wire service. The second phase will include migrating subscribers from the existing mobile network to the new billing platform.
