DENVER-Financial services firm Daniels & Associates said it led the nation in the number of completed mergers & acquisitions of U.S. telecom companies last year. Daniels specializes in cable, telecommunications, Internet and media.
According to Thomson Financial, Daniels completed 32 M&A transactions for U.S. telecom clients, including firms in the cable television, broadcast, cellular, towers, personal communications services and telephony sectors.
Daniels ranked 13th among M&A firms serving U.S. telecom companies in terms of aggregate value of completed transactions with more than $1 billion worth of transactions.
