RESTON, Va.-Nextel Communications Inc. has teamed with Salesforce.com to make Salesforce.com’s on-demand customer relationship management service available on Nextel’s wireless network.
Through the partnership, Nextel customers using BlackBerry devices can remotely retrieve and update accounts, contact and lead information, and obtain reports via Salesforce.com’s Wireless Edition CRM solution.
