RICHARDSON, Texas-InnerWireless Inc. announced it will market its InnerMobile in-building wireless distribution system to wireless service providers to enable wireless communications throughout the Sears Tower in Chicago.
The wireless system will cover the skyscraper’s 110 floors, which encompass 3.5 million square feet of office and retail space that houses more than 100 companies.
The InnerMobile system simultaneously supports cellular and PCS voice and data, paging, two-way radio, wireless local area networks and emergency communications services. The system has also been implemented in Rockefeller Center Concourse.
