FT. MYERS, Fla.-NeoMedia Technologies Inc. said it has signed a non-binding letter to acquire Triton Global Business Services Inc. and its parent company, BSD Software Inc.
NeoMedia said the acquisition will depend on the diligence and approval by both companies’ board of directors, required regulatory nods and “other conditions.”
Triton provides such Internet Protocol services as live and automated operator calling, e-business support, billing and clearinghouse functions, and information management to telecom firms.
