LEAGUE CITY, Texas—Wireless broadband products and services provider ERF Wireless Inc. said it has entered a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of NetYeti Inc.
NetYeti is the wireless broadband division of PCCare Inc. and does business under the 36db.com brand name. The acquisition includes the company’s current customer base and its Motorola Inc. Canopy equipment in a market near Houston.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We plan to integrate 36db.com into our ERF Wireless Bundled Services Inc. subsidiary and pursue capturing additional market share in the strategically located market service territory currently served by 36db.com,” said R. Greg Smith, chief executive officer of ERF Wireless. “The location of the 36db.com service area on the southwest border of Houston compliments our already growing central Texas network.”
