Helio, a joint venture between Internet provider EarthLink Inc. and Korean mobile operator SK Telecom, is expected to launch sometime this spring. The MVNO already has revealed two exclusive handsets that it will offer subscribers, as well as a partnership with social networking site MySpace.com.

In its most recent annual report, EarthLink noted that it had already put $121.5 million into Helio, as well as transferring 27,000 EarthLink wireless customers to the MVNO.
