DRAPER, Utah-Broadband Central’s assets and trademark Blue Zone 802.11 wide-area hot spots have been acquired by Broadband Central USA, a newly formed company owned by the parent company of FRC Component Products Inc. and Accelerated Communications Corp.

“After entertaining multiple offers from a variety of companies and interested parties during the past year, we felt that this deal had the most to offer to Broadband Central, its shareholders, partners and customers given FRC’s role as one of the leading designers and manufacturers of antennas and wireless equipment in the world,” said Tali Haleua, co-founder of Broadband Central. “I look forward to helping move the company forward both domestically and around the globe.”
