Tokyo-Fujitsu Ltd. has released the CS101 series of system-on-chips (SoCs) using its 90nm CMOS technology.
According to the company, the new CS101 series claims the lowest power consumption in the industry while achieving nearly double the level of integration of its existing CS91 series. A mobile phone using the new SoC could offer six consecutive hours of talk time with 1,000 hours of standby time.
