STOCKHOLM, Sweden-TeliaSonera said it subsidiary Overseas Telecom has completed the disposal of its 26-percent stake in Indian mobile operator Bharti Mobile. Bharti Televentures purchased the stake.
TeliaSonera, which is working to reduce its debt load, said the transaction is expected to generate a capital gain of about $41.2 million.
