REDWOOD SHORES, Calif.-Visto Corp. announced it will merge with ViAir Corp, and the combined company will do business under the Visto name.
Visto provides personal and corporate mobile access solutions. ViAir makes messaging solutions for up to nine major wireless operators worldwide.
“Combined with our operator, enterprise, device and platform partners, we have the most complete and robust solutions for enterprises and individuals,” said Brian Bogosian, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Visto.
