DENVER-A class-action lawsuit filed in Denver against AT&T Wireless Services Inc. is scheduled for mediation this week, according to the Rocky Mountain News.
The class-action lawsuit, filed by Denver-based Hill & Robbins, claims AT&T Wireless’ billing practices in regards to roaming calls caused customers to be charged for exceeding their rate plan minute allotments by charging the minutes in the month AT&T Wireless was billed by the roaming carrier and not in the month the calls were placed.
