CINCINNATI-Lattice Communications L.L.C. announced the purchase of 24 communications towers from Enterprise Communications Partnership.
The towers include ten sites in the Atlanta area and 14 in the Birmingham area.
“The Enterprise towers were attractive to Lattice because they are well constructed, clustered tower groups designed to provide network coverage in their respective markets,” said Tom Patterson, managing director of mergers and acquisitions at Lattice.
Lattice now owns and operates more than 300 towers in 16 states.
