DUBLIN, Ireland-Trees’, a joint venture mobile instant messaging initiative in the Netherlands, has launched a pilot service using an instant messaging platform from Italian company Acotel. Initially the pilot will be limited to a fixed number of users so use patterns and traffic levels can be measured, the companies said.
Trees’ was formed by partners InnoVerse, Combat and InteGreat to introduce MIM in the Dutch mobile market on as mass-market scale.
