SINGAPORE-Singapore operator MobileOne (M1) said it has launched General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) roaming with China Mobile, the largest operator in China. The new offering will allow subscribers of the two operators to send multimedia message service (MMS) messages to users of the other operator’s network.
