Muleta candidate for Sugrue job

WASHINGTON—John Muleta, former chief of the FCC’s Enforcement Division of the Common Carrier Bureau, is a top candidate to be wireless telecom bureau chief at the Federal Communications Commission. Thomas Sugrue heads the WTB today, but Sugrue appears ready to leave the agency once a replacement has been named.
