CALGARY, Alberta-CSI Wireless Inc. has released Driver-Link, a one-touch in-car calling device that uses wireless and GPS technology to allow drivers to communicate hands-free with call centers, roadside assistance and other services.
“The availability of affordable communications with next-generation analog and digital equipment such as Driver-Link will speed the deployment of telematics services to consumer and commercial customers throughout North America and Europe,” said Stephen Verhoeff, president and chief executive officer of CSI. “To that end, CSI Wireless is aiming Driver-Link at theft alarm service providers, call centers, auto clubs and rental firms-plus automobile manufacturers, Tier One suppliers and auto after-market OEMs.”
