ROCHESTER, N.Y.-Performance Technologies Inc. said it has acquired a portion of Intel’s embedded communications platform division in a sale-of-stock transaction.
“The acquisition provides us with a highly complementary product line that has virtually no overlap with our existing products and a significant number of mutual customers,” said Donald Turrell, president and chief executive officer of Performance.
