GAITHERSBURG, Md.-ACE*COMM Corp. said it will provide TRW Inc. with engineering services, technical support and maintenance for the call event processing component of the Airwave wireless network, operated by mmO2 group’s O2 Airwave Service, for serving police and other emergency services personnel in the U.K.
The Airwave service will provide public safety organizations in England, Wales and Scotland with digital mobile radio service for use in emergency situations. ACE*COMM agreed to provide its services through 2005.
